Access Control System
Access
control system RMS-ACS-02 makes the using of CONTEG racks even easier
and the housing of all the equipment even safer. It brings you an easy
way how to remotely control the access to the racks. Instead of key,
you need only a key card or PIN (or both) to open the rack.Due to this fact each access point requires individual configuration and this system is recommended to be used in standalone racks of smaller groups of racks. System does not support central management of access rights.
RMS-ACS-02 introduces an excellent way to control access to your rack. It will also answer the question when the door was opened/closed for the last time (using RAMOS required). Access control system is fully compatible with CONTEG racks and RAMOS units and accessories.
System features
- Control of the access to the cabinet
- 3 operation modes:
- Card-Only: access granted when a valid card is held to the unit
- Card & PIN: access granted when a valid card is held to the unit and a valid PIN is entered
- Card or PIN: access granted when a valid card is held to the unit or a valid PIN is entered
- Up to 5 user access PIN codes
- 4 digit PIN code length
- Key card - EM format
- Combination with electronic door lock (latch) - DP-ZM-E1 for front and rear door
- Usable for wall mount racks - different type of front door required
- Applicable together with RAMOS Mini B or C to transmit the change of door lock status (open door lock via key or proximity card)
- Packed in a box; on request can be installed in the rack (together with electronic door lock)
Standard equipment
Keypad with proxy reader, interface box, 3 access cards, power supply unit, cable for keyboard connection to central unit - length 4.5m, 2 cables for electronic door lock (DP-ZM-E1, not included) connection to central, unit - length 4m, cable for connection of another equipment for receiving a status info from the, latch; typically a RAMOS Mini B or C unit - length 2m
