Open frames for data centers
Open frames are an alternative to racks for data centers. Of course, the frames do not provide any IP rating to the equipment installed, therefore it is necessary to locate them to controlled environment. Permanent easy access to the installed equipment is a great advantage of open frames.
19" heavy load frames, RSG/RSX series
High load frames (loading capacity as much as 1200 kg) with high stability (mounting to the floor is necessary) are designed for utilization in data centers. This way it is possible to place and operate heavy servers, disk arrays, etc without requiring racks. The frames can be easily bayed into a row. The RSG and RSX frames have identical structures - they differ only by the orientation of the plinth.
