These panels are mounted to 19" vertical extrusions. The blank panels are used for blanking off the empty positions in a rack. Through panels serve for cables routing from the front part of a rack to the rear part.

Patch panels are attached to the 19" vertical extrusions and they allow termination of data and phone cables on various types of modules.

Majority of the CONTEG racks includes a basic earthing kit already in the standard configuration. Free-standing RSL and REV racks are an exception - in this case the earthing kit must be ordered separately.
