In 2002 we certified our Quality management system in compliance with the international standard ISO 9001. In order to maximize our policies' effectiveness, our ISO 9001 quality policy has been integrated with our ISO 14001 environmental policy since 2006.
In compliance with the Quality management requirements, we apply numerous measures that ensure the ongoing and consistent quality of our final product. Emphasis is given to management, inspection and improvement of all internal company processes. Based on several analyses, we specify measurable quality goals for individual departments of our Company; in case these goals are not met, we investigate and implement corrective measures to minimize the risk of future occurrences.
The main products of our portfolio not only have to pass many strict inspections during the manufacturing process, but also, where appropriate are certified in compliance with the requirements of the TÜV SÜD Czech certification authority.
We are not content with mere fulfilment of the requirements of the inspection system and of product certification, we also apply measures that result in permanent improvements to our systems and products.
In order to consistently achieve the highest quality we ensure that all of our suppliers also meet the same strict quality standards; they are obliged to fulfill many strict requirements and therefore contribute to our efforts to achieve high quality as well as added value for the customer. Therefore, you can be sure that racks with the CONTEG logo are always manufactured from the highest quality raw materials and semi-finished products.
