Ever since CONTEG was first established our emphasis on quality has been connected with state-of-the-art precision technologies. For this reason we have based our primary production on the industry leading TRUMPF machines. Using TRUMPF technology, we perform our key manufacturing operations from the raw material stage; punching and bending.

For punching, we use Trumatic CNC press machines equipped with SheetMaster robotised systems for automatic loading and unloading of material. Bending operations are carried out on our fleet of Trumabend machines. We have also invested heavily in new technologies for powder coating. Our purpose built production facility at Pelhřimov boasts a fully automated Gema Magic Cylinder powder coating line .

As we continue to grow, we are in the process of establishing new up-to-date operations the goals of which are two-fold; improvements to the working environment for our employees and more flexible and efficient production processes. Our purpose built production facility in Pelhřimov was opened in 2003 and extended in 2005 to give extra capacity for assembly, warehousing and dispatching halls. Today, our Pelhřimov facility stands at over 20,000m² of production, assembly and warehousing space.

Considerable financial investment into the background technologies are prerequisite for the continuing growth of our company and our ability to continue to efficiently satisfy the needs of our customers. Therefore, we continue to invest in state-of the art machines and our employees to further expand our capacity to produce high quality CONTEG products. Accurate machines, operated by qualified employees, with stringent manufacturing standards ensure that all products carrying the CONTEG logo represent the best quality available.
