Product introduction
The CoolRAC DF indoor cooling unit combines the advantages of CW and XC systems – Free-Cooling (free cooling) for low and medium outdoor temperatures and compressor-based cooling for high outdoor temperatures. This system therefore achieves minimal operating costs without the need for compromises.Key benefits of the product
- Free-Cooling for most of the year – the unit has the most efficient heat exchanger in its category.
- The smart control system uses Free-Cooling to pre-cool the air even at high outdoor temperatures to keep power consumption minimal.
- The return on investment of this unit is just a few years, thanks to low operating costs (compared to DX and XC systems).
- With water as the main heat carrier, the waste heat can be recycled, e.g. for heating or other purposes and thereby further reduce the costs.
- The water circuit and the compressor circuit can be connected to two independent water sources for full redundancy.

The smart control system ensures that the required air parameters are maintained with great precision with minimum power consumption, and immediately alerts you to any issues. Operating range from -40 °C to +40 °C (the upper temperature limit depends on the size of the outdoor heat exchanger). Accessories that expand the range down to -55 °C are available upon request.
