CoolTeg Plus XC

CoolTeg Plus XC in-row units are based on the direct expansion principal. A compressor is integrated into the indoor unit, which is connected to its outdoor condenser, the distance between the indoor and outdoor units being up to 60m. This arrangement protects all important components from climatic conditions (heat, frost, rain, snow, sand storm) and allows cooling to be run independently of ambient conditions, which can range from -40 °C to +55 °C.

 

CoolTeg Plus XC30

This unique cooling unit with a width of only 30 cm and a maximum  power of up to 22 kW has a twin rotary compressor and a BLDC control that provides continuous cooling performance from 10 to 100%.This extraordinary universal unit is particularly suited to smaller data centers or wherever strong and powerful cooling units would be over-dimensioned in performance and cost.

CoolTeg Plus XC40

This cooling unit has a power output of up to 42 kW at a width of 40 cm. At present, the most efficient inverter-controlled compressor is built-in indoor unit with an electronically controlled expansion valve and advanced control logic. The cooling capacity can be provided in the range of 20% - 100%. This powerful cooling unit is suitable for large data centers and wherever strong cooling performance is required.

Outdoor unit

Internal in-row cooling unit CoolTeg Plus XC30 is compatitable with any outdoor condenser with variable airflow. Outdoor unit for heat rejection should be designed based on the condensing temperature of the refrigerant, plus typical max. regional ambient temperatures. Local conditions determine what type and size of outdoor condenser can be deployed.

CoolTeg Plus units can be used either independently (in rack rows), or integrated in a Modular Closed Loop (MCL)—closed architecture rack systems and cooling units. Indoor unit type is changed as per ordering matrix.
Cooling capacity is changed by controller. Nominal cooling capacity is calculated at indoor hot air temperature 35 °C without condensation (heat-exchanger‘s temperature above dew-point), outdoor temp. +35 °C, clean fi lters.
Net cooling capacity is the total cooling capacity reduced for fan heat load. Useful unit cooling capacity.
Power consumption at condensing temperature 45 °C and evaporation temperature 10 °C
5Airfl ow is automatically changed by controller. Nominal airfl ow matches nominal cooling capacity.
Units in Modular Closed Loop architecture (MCL) are delivered without fi lters (standard).
Units in Modular Closed Loop architecture (MCL) are available in 1 200 mm depth only.
